Congratulations Lila Merlin, Katy Chapman and Ty Callahan!
Congratulations to U16 Athlete Lila Merlin, U19 Athlete Katy Chapman and U16 Athlete Ty Callahan on their selections to their respective training camps and squads as a part of the USA Field Hockey Pipeline.
- Lila Merlin (2028/John Burroughs School) was selected for the U-16 Women’s National Team training camp in North Carolina this December. She will compete alongside some of the top athletes in her age group to be selected for the 2025 U-16 National Team roster.
- Katy Chapman (2026/John Burroughs School/UVA Commit) was selected for the U-18 Women’s National Team training camp in North Carolina this December. She will compete to be selected for the 2025 U-18 National Team roster after recently completing a year with the U-16 National Team this year.
- Ty Callahan (2028/Parkway West High School) was selected to the U-18 Men’s National Team training squad after attending the talent ID and training camp earlier this July in California. He will attend future trainings in California and participate in games against Canada this fall.
