Aim is dedicated to guiding, advising, and counseling our athletes and families throughout the entire college recruiting process. Aim Director Lauren Cornthwaite has assisted families with the college placement for over 20 years and the track record of success is impressive. From recruiting assistance to next-level training and preparation, Aim is part of the journey the entire way!
What do we do?
- WE STAY CONNECTED with college coaches and current on NCAA rules.
- WE MEET WITH FAMILIES to walk them through the recruiting process and timeline.
- WE GIVE A LIST of suggested colleges, based on the individual student-athlete’s goals.
- WE CONTACT COLLEGE COACHES regarding the student-athlete.
- WE PRODUCE AND PUBLISH highlight videos for the athlete to share with coaches.
- WE PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES for exposure to college coaches.
- WE CONNECT ATHLETES with the appropriate camps, clinics, and tournaments.
- WE ADVISE appropriate levels of communication from the athlete to the coaches.
- WE GUIDE down the final stretch of selecting a college and field hockey program best suited for the student-athlete.
