Fall 2025 Club General Information
The fall season is an excellent time for Aim’s younger Club athletes to improve their skills and gameplay. In the fall, teams will meet twice a week. Teams consist of dedicated athletes from throughout the St. Louis metro area. During the season, teams train with our high-level coaching staff. Aim takes each training session, practice, and game as an opportunity to teach techniques that are coached at the highest levels. We bring out the physical strength and mental fortitude needed to be a successful athlete. As we teach game tactics, our athletes are learning to become better decision-makers on the field. We train athletes to overcome limitations, improve leadership, illustrate discipline, value teamwork, and understand commitment.

Aim offers a Junior Club option for any U8 eligible players (athletes born from 8/1/17-7/31/19) interested in combining the League experience with additional training to elevate their game. Athletes will play in our Fall League on Saturdays, plus train with our Club coaches on Wednesday evenings. This blend of recreational League play with schoolmates and friends, combined with higher-level training in the core fundamentals of field hockey across 9 weeks, will allow kids to get a taste of our well-known and well-respected Club program with an age-appropriate model.
Junior Club is also open to those U10 eligible athletes (3rd & 4th graders born 8/1/15-7/31/17) who prefer this hybrid option -- wanting more than League, but not quite the full Club experience yet. Please contact Heather Strahorn (heather.strahorn@
