In the fall of 2024, Oklahoma Field Hockey Club and Aim Field Hockey established a partnership to help grow the game in the state of Oklahoma. Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and the surrounding communities have a rich field hockey tradition, and OKFHC is committed to building and sustaining that through dynamic programs that serve athletes at all levels.
The partnership between Oklahoma Field Hockey Club and Aim Field Hockey is based on a shared mission.
Together we strive to:
- Foster a love for the game and invest in the whole person
- Provide a competitive atmosphere in which each athlete thrives
- Hire knowledgeable and passionate coaches and cultivate a community based on respect, teamwork and integrity
- Help our athletes achieve their dynamic goals
Core Programs
Oklahoma Field Hockey Club offers year-round programs for ages 6-18. From teaching the basics of the game to preparing athletes for the collegiate level, our passionate coaches are dedicated to growing the sport of field hockey in Oklahoma. Most programs are held on the new turf fields of Holland Hall and Casady School.
Tournament Options
We will have the option to attend recreational tournaments year-round for athletes in Middle School and under.
We will have the option to attend travel tournaments for recruiting purposes for Middle and Upper School athletes – these will be combined teams with Casady and Holland Hall players.
Enrichment Opportunities
College Coaching Clinics: Estimated 2 per year. We will invite college coaches to Oklahoma to lead clinics here to expose kids to different coaches and to connect those players looking to play in college with collegiate coaches from programs they might be interested in.
Community Building Opportunities
We believe in fostering a community within the field hockey program through our Big / Little Program. Each player will be paired in a Big Sis/Little Sis duo for the season. Helping connect the older and younger players and allowing leadership opportunities for the older players while fostering a love of the game for the younger players.
Each season will close with a Competition Day in which you invite a friend or family member to come compete with you and to participate in the sport we all love.
Twice per year we will offer a free clinic where each player is encouraged to “Bring a Friend” for the day to expose them to the game of hockey.
The OKFHC Team
A Club program is only as good as its coaches. Our program is led by a team of energetic professionals (many who grew up in Oklahoma and played at the collegiate level) committed to serving as role models for our athletes and teaching the fundamentals of the game in a dynamic way.
