Season Information

Spring Club General Information

Our biggest season of the year, spring is an excellent time for Aim’s Club athletes to improve their skills and gameplay. In the spring, teams will train twice a week with our excellent coaching staff and compete in several tournaments and games versus other programs. Teams consist of dedicated athletes from throughout the St. Louis metro area. Aim takes each training session, practice, and game as an opportunity to teach techniques that are coached at the highest levels. We bring out the physical strength and mental fortitude needed to be a successful athlete. As we teach game tactics, our athletes are learning to become better decision-makers on the field. We train athletes to overcome limitations, improve leadership, illustrate discipline, value teamwork, and understand commitment.

NEW! Aim now offers a Junior Club option for any U10 eligible players (birth year 2014 or later; 1st grade or older) who are interested in combining the League experience with additional training to elevate your game. Athletes play in our K-6 League on Sunday afternoons plus experience Club-level training one night a week. This allows for a blend of low-key League play with schoolmates and friends, combined with higher-level training in the core fundamentals of field hockey across a 9-week period. Get a taste of our well-known and well-respected Club program. A great hybrid option for the family wanting more than League, but not quite the full Club experience!
