Fall Programs Launch

Over the past two weeks, Aim’s fall programs have launched into high gear!  In late August, our U10, U12 and U14 Club programs started their Fall seasons.  (High School athletes are currently playing for their schools).  Our coaches are already encouraged by the energy and development they are witnessing in these initial weeks.  Some teams have even competed externally with games against St. Louis Field Hockey Club, and our U14 teams will soon take on some local middle school teams.

An exciting new development is the addition of our Junior Club program.  New this season, Junior Club offers a hybrid blend of Club and League.  Any U10-eligible athletes (typically 1st-4th graders) can play.  They compete in our Sunday League and then have an additional night of higher-level training to advance their skills.  Junior Club is led by the amazing Amanda Stanec and Debby Watson, and the feedback is tremendous already!

K-6th Grade League and Little Divots also launched this past weekend.  We are excited to work with these younger developing athletes, helping them to not only build a solid field hockey foundation but also to fall in love with the sport and grow with Aim.
