Aim Athlete Chats: Hadley Krewet Shares her U16 Indoor Season Experience
Our U16 Orange team closed out the indoor tournament season with a great showing at the National Indoor Tournament last weekend. The team finished 2-3, displaying tenacity, teamwork and improvement against excellent competition. Way to go, ladies!
In addition, Hadley Krewet, #55 and defender on the team, shared her experience playing the indoor game with a few question and answers below.
What do you love most about the indoor game?
“I love the fast paced game and how connected the team becomes because of the small team. I think it’s fun to have such a fast paced game and taking quick shots and making the quick passes is so much fun!”
What did you enjoy most about the NIT prep practices?
“I enjoyed getting to play with all of my friends and I also love how hard we work at these practices. I feel like we all have the end goal of winning and at practice you can tell by how determined and hardworking we are.”
What is your favorite skill to use for indoor?
“My favorite indoor skill is a lifted shot. I really love to do these on corners, and I also love to take them quickly once I enter the circle.”
What do you enjoy most about the Aim field hockey community?
“My favorite thing about the Aim community is how fun everything is and how dedicated everyone is! Practices are always so fun and hardworking. I love getting to see my teammates and play the sport we all love together.”
