Every year Aim has a team building day. This day is dedicated to bringing all the age groups together and truly becoming an Aim family. This year, we chose to do a field day style team building day. The younger athletes partnered up with the older athletes and competed together. After “branding” themselves with team headbands, they participated in four different games: tug-of-war, crazy kickball, modified volleyball, and stick ball. Following team building this year, Aim hosted a barbecue for over 200 families. (A HUGE thank you to the Hodges family for organizing the whole barbecue and a thank you to the many families who contributed food and helped with grilling for the event.) While the athletes and their families enjoyed their barbecue they were able to watch the Coaches vs. Seniors game. This exhibition game was designed to honor the seniors who are heading off to college soon. It was a great time for everyone!
